Wills

We prepare wills and other testamentary documents and advise on the interpretation of wills and beneficiary entitlements.

We advise on potential claims against estates, including under the Family Protection Act 1955, the Law Reform (Testamentary Promises) Act 1949, and the Property (Relationships) Act 1976.

Powers of attorney and living wills

We prepare powers of attorney (including enduring powers of attorney) and provide opinions and advice surrounding their grant, operation and revocation. We also prepare and advise on “living wills” or advance directives.
