The 21st ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition

Our Deeds Clerk, Jimin Seo, has just returned from Paris after co‑coaching the University of Auckland Law School team at the 21st ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition. The team achieved 1st place, outperforming 58 law schools from around the world.

The competition comprised a week of intense commercial mock mediations, including 3 preliminary rounds, then against American University Washington College of Law in the octo finals, University of New South Wales in the semi-finals and Bucerius Law School in the finals.
