What matters most to us is that the recognition comes directly from the people we work alongside: our clients, professional referrers and peers. This year's feedback included comments such as: "The firm goes beyond legal advice and considers the wider and deeper issues, interests and needs of beneficiaries in the manner of a true trustee." "TGT are known experts in all areas of trust law. They are highly experienced and market-leading professionals who undertake their role with the utmost competence, compassion and discretion." These comments remind us that private wealth law is not only about structures, trusts or succession plans. It's about people, families, relationships, stewardship, difficult conversations and long-term thinking. The Chambers research reflects the collective effort of our entire team.

He covered key issues such as jurisdiction (worldwide vs local wills), domicile considerations, overseas executors and beneficiaries, and the added complexity of digital assets in an international context - supported by practical case studies and drafting strategies to avoid common (and less obvious) pitfalls. If you would like guidance on navigating these challenges, our team would be happy to help.
