New Trusts Act - Summary

The new Trusts Act comes into effect on 30 January 2021 and is intended to consolidate existing trust law and make it more accessible and understandable, partly to provide better guidance for trustees and beneficiaries and to enhance the ability of beneficiaries to hold trustees to account. The Act also introduces several changes to trust law.
