TGT Legal is proud to announce the promotion of Israel Vaealiki to senior associate and Lois Black to senior solicitor
Israel joined TGT Legal in May 2006 after four years overseas working with an international trustee company. Israel has significant experience in all aspects of private client advisory work, particularly, cross-border succession planning, trusts, estates and relationship property. He assists a wide range of high net worth families, business owners, executives, and professionals and has a particular focus on advising in-bound and out-bound migrants on their tax and estate planning matters.
||Lois Black: After a career in education, Lois graduated with LLB (Hons) first class, from the University of Otago in 2005. She was Judges’ Research Counsel at the North Shore District Court and then gained a broad range of civil litigation experience working as a staff solicitor. Since 2012 Lois has been a member of the ADLSi Civil Litigation Committee. She joined the litigation team at TGT Legal earlier this year to specialise in contentious trust, estate and relationship property litigation matters for New Zealand and overseas clients.
